By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the terms and policies outlined below.

2. Terms of Sale

All products displayed on the website are accurately described, with illustrative images and dimensions that reflect the design and color as precisely as possible.

When placing an order, the customer confirms their agreement to the price, specifications, and delivery time specified.

The website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of errors in data, pricing, or if execution becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payment Policy

Inside Egypt: 50% of the order value is paid in advance via electronic payment, and the remaining 50% upon delivery.

Outside Egypt: Full payment of the order value must be made in advance before production and shipping begin.

An order is not considered confirmed until the advance payment is received and the order is activated by the website management.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 weeks at most from the date of order activation.

The customer will be contacted to confirm the exact delivery date and location.

In the event of any delay due to logistical or production reasons, the customer will be notified immediately and a new delivery date will be arranged.

Free shipping is available within Greater Cairo.

For other governorates: shipping fees will be determined by the sales department.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

If a product is received that does not match the specifications mentioned on the website or differs from the colors selected by the customer, the product will be sent back once only to the factory for necessary adjustments.

If the adjustment process is not completed within 10 business days, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

If the product fully matches the agreed-upon specifications (100%) and the customer refuses to receive it for any other reason, 25% of the product value will be deducted as an operational fee to cover production and material costs.

No return or cancellation requests will be accepted after the customer has received a product that matches the specifications.

6. Warranty and Quality Policy

All products come with a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover glass or marble components.

All products are manufactured to the highest quality standards using approved materials.

The customer has the right to contact customer service regarding any quality or manufacturing issues within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information is used solely for order processing and service improvement and is never shared with third parties without the customer’s prior consent.
